It remains
to the end of ALL-ENERGY 2018
Especially for All-Energy 2018 Hedviga had prepared 3D model of PTR POWER PLANT, that represents living functional model of the PTR technology and illustrates the practical possibilities of using the patented process of "slow thermal decomposition" to process waste, but also sorted plastics, plastics composites, wastes from automotive industry and others.
The model scaled 1:20 shows not only how PTR technology looks like, but also how is the process of slow thermal decomposition functioning, what are the individual stages of the PTR process, how much space this technology needs and how multifunctional it can be.
An individual topic is work with energies that PTR technology can produce alone, or through PTR fuels used in CHP units.
More you can see in Czech national pavilion All-Energy 2018 from Wednesday 2nd May in Scotland, Glasgow.
HEDVIGA GROUP, a.s. in its patented PTR solution presents method of slow thermal decomposition, that takes place in closed fuel cells without air access, in process temperature range 300 - 500°C, where during 2-3 hours process, where decomposition of the input batch always occurs to the next three fractions - products.
PTR technology represents reaction to current trend of waste and waste products processing, which puts high demands on technological solutions that are required to meet both economic and strict environmental limits.
PTR represents connection of effective input material processing, fuel and energy production. At the same time, the new PTR solution introduces combined innovative process control using continuous measurement of gaseous and liquid fuel composition.
